Qualifications Ability to work on a regular and reliable basis and work overtime as weekends as needed. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail oriented and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities with excellent time management. Excellent interpersonal skills must maintain a positive attitude and the ability to motivate team members. This position requires a high level of critical thinking, problem solving abilities, data analysis and understanding in quality/manufacturing standards and customer requirements. Ability to operator Cherry picker, stand up or sitdown equipment.
