Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for our client in Reno, NV. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of powered industrial trucks to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, productivity, and teamwork. This position offers a great opportunity to work with a leading manufacturing company while advancing your long-term career.Responsibilities: Operate stand-up reach truck, sit-down forklift, and/or order picker to move and organize products within the warehouse Pull, stage, and load/unload materials and products for orders and shipments Ensure all products are handled and stored safely and efficiently Verify product information and quantities during picking and replenishment Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and company policies Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including cleaning, labeling, and palletizing Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1+ year of warehouse experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, & order pickers Must have a forklift certification within the last 6 Months Current forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain one) Ability to lift up to insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety awareness Basic math and communication skills Must be able to work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, etc.) Schedule & Pay • Shift: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM • Pay: $19.00-$20.00/hr Benefits (through CloudRay) Weekly pay Health insurance Incentives and performance-based bonuses Referral bonuses Temp-to-hire career growth potential Location Advantage Job is Commutable from Reno, Sparks & Surrounding areas location is on a Bus Route
